Privacy Policy

This notice explains how 929.Works ("we", "us"), a flexible coworking service in Singasandra, Bengaluru, collects and handles personal data when you browse our website, make a booking, create an account, visit our workspace, or contact us. It is written to be consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). Last updated: 24 July 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; the current version is always the one published here.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services: your name, phone number and email address when you book, enquire, or create an account; booking details (workspace type, dates, party size, family/playzone selections); payment status and transaction references (card and bank details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us); wallet and invoice records; visitor check-in details where you use the workspace; and, where a specific service requires it, identity-verification information. We also collect basic technical and usage data (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it

To take and manage bookings; process payments and issue GST invoices where applicable; provide access to the workspace and family playzone; send booking confirmations, one-time verification codes, and service messages by email or messaging; respond to enquiries and provide support; keep the premises and accounts secure; and meet legal, tax, and safety obligations. We rely on your consent and on the necessity of providing a service you have requested. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards: our payment processor (Razorpay) to take payments; email and messaging providers to send confirmations and verification codes; our hosting and infrastructure providers; and, where a service requires identity verification, a verification provider. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, payment, invoice, and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period.

Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act, you may ask us to access, correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data, and you may withdraw consent or nominate another person to act on your behalf. To exercise a right, email privacy@talpro.in. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may escalate to our grievance contact at privacy@talpro.in, and you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Families and children

Family bookings may include supervised playzone access for a child. We collect the minimum information needed to arrange this, and playzone use requires the consent and on-site presence of a parent or guardian. We do not use children's data for marketing.

Security and storage

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it. Where data is processed or stored outside India by our providers, we take steps to keep it protected.
