Cancellation and Refund Policy

These terms apply to workspace, meeting room, conference room, day pass, and family bookings made with 929.Works.

Free cancellation window

The current cancellation window is shown during booking and in your booking confirmation.

Refund handling

Eligible cancellations are credited for the paid booking amount to your 929.Works wallet for future bookings. Cancellations inside the configured cancellation window and no-shows are non-refundable.

GST and invoices

GST, where applicable, is shown on the invoice. Refunds or credits are processed against the invoice and booking amount actually paid.

Use the contact details in your booking confirmation with your booking ID, registered phone number, and invoice email.
