Terms of Service

These terms govern your booking and use of 929.Works, a flexible coworking service in Singasandra, Bengaluru. By booking, creating an account, or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 24 July 2026. We may update these terms; the current version is always published here.

Our services

We provide hot desks, day passes, meeting and conference rooms, and family-aware workspace sessions, booked by the hour, day, or session. Prices are shown before you confirm; the payable total includes applicable GST. Availability is shown at the time of booking and is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

Bookings, payments and invoices

Bookings can be paid online through our payment processor (Razorpay) or, where offered, at our office. A GST invoice is issued where applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact details. We may hold a booking for a limited time before payment; unpaid holds may be released.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy and are shown during booking and in your confirmation.

Using the workspace

Please use the workspace respectfully and lawfully: keep noise reasonable, respect other members and staff, follow posted safety and access rules, and do not use the space for unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited activities. We may refuse or end access for conduct that endangers people, property, or other members. You are responsible for your belongings.

Family and playzone

Family sessions may include supervised playzone access for a child up to the stated age. A parent or guardian must give consent, complete check-in, and remain on-site. Supervision assists parents; it does not transfer parental responsibility. Please share any relevant needs at check-in and follow playzone rules and staff guidance.

Accounts and security

Where you create an account, keep your login and verification codes confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We use identity and access checks to help protect bookings and accounts.

Liability

We provide the workspace and services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of personal belongings, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The 929.Works name, branding, website, and content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights.
