- What are your prices?
- Current configured prices are hot desks at ₹99/hour, 2-person meeting rooms at ₹299/hour, conference rooms at ₹799/hour, and day passes at ₹499/day, exclusive of GST.
- What are your operating hours?
- Bookings are configured every day from 09:00 to 21:00 (Asia/Kolkata). Please confirm special-day changes before visiting.
- How do I book a workspace?
- Select your preferred workspace type, choose your date and time, and complete the booking. Available online and pay-at-office options are shown during checkout.
- What is 'Pay at Office' and how does it work?
- Pay at Office lets you reserve a workspace online without paying upfront. We'll hold your spot, and you pay when you arrive. Please arrive within 30 minutes of your booking start time to keep your reservation.
- Do I need a booking?
- Availability can change during the day, so booking online is the safest way to reserve a workspace.
- What's the minimum and maximum booking duration?
- You can book a hot desk for as little as one hour. Day passes are configured for up to 12 hours during operating hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Available online and pay-at-office options are shown during checkout.
- Do you provide GST invoices?
- GST invoices are generated for eligible bookings when invoice details are available.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your booking start time. Eligible cancellations receive the paid booking amount as wallet credit; cancellations inside that window and no-shows are non-refundable.
- How does family booking work?
- When booking with family, you reserve workspace access plus playzone access for one child. Workspace and playzone products follow the configured prices, including playzone access at ₹199/hour per child.
- How should I plan for the playzone?
- Please keep a parent or guardian on-site and confirm current playzone staffing, rules, and capacity with the team before booking.
- What age range is the playzone for?
- The booking flow currently accepts child ages up to 8 years. Please confirm current playzone rules before visiting.
- Is Wi-Fi included in the workspace pricing?
- Workspace basics are included in the booking. Please confirm current Wi-Fi speed, refreshments, and paid add-ons with the team if those details matter to your visit.
- Is parking available?
