929.Works aims to be clear about what a booking includes, how payment works, and what to check before you visit. This page brings those details together in one place.
We would rather set expectations honestly than over-promise. The figures below are our current, published details; anything that can change on the day is marked as something to confirm with the team first.
What we publish
- Location: Singasandra, Bengaluru. Open daily, 9 am - 9 pm.
- Hot desk ₹99/hour, day pass ₹499/day, meeting room ₹299/hour, conference room ₹799/hour.
- Family day pass ₹999/day and family hourly pass ₹499/hour, with playzone access at ₹199/hour.
- All prices exclude GST at 18%, and a GST invoice is part of every booking.
Booking and payment
- Desks and rooms are booked online, so you can check availability before you travel.
- A booking is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment, with a 30-minute grace window for pay-at-office bookings.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Free cancellation with 2 hours notice; eligible refunds can be issued as wallet credit valid for 90 days.
Wi-Fi, power and the workspace
- The shared workspace has 30 hot desks with power access and Wi-Fi available.
- There are 2 two-person meeting rooms and 1 conference room, all bookable by the hour.
- A children's playzone is designed for up to 8 children for family-aware bookings.
- Specific amenity details can change, so confirm the ones that matter to you with the team before visiting.
Your data
- We collect only the booking and contact information needed to run the workspace and answer enquiries.
- Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
